RETURNS / REFUND POLICY
At Kuro, it is very important that every customer is happy with our product. We aim to make every order special however for some reason you are not please contact our customer service email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Once you have contacted us we will issue a code and our customer service team will assist you. Please NOTE that we only accept returns for goods that were damaged in transit.
Use a reliable delivery service and package returns securely. Kuro Home do not offer free returns.
Note that all items must be returned unused, with authentic labels and in Kuro Home original packaging box.
